Refund & Return Policy




Returns



At Offline Society, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition it was received
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required


Made-to-Order Products



Many of our products are made to order. Because of this:


  • We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering



If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.



Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items



If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue



Once confirmed, we will provide either:


  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

 


Refunds



Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.


If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days



Shipping costs are non-refundable.





Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.





Non-Returnable Items



We do not accept returns for:


  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer


Shipping Policy




Order Processing



All orders are made to order and processed within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods or high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.





Estimated Delivery Times



Estimated delivery times after processing are:


• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days


Because our products are made to order, the total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.


Delays



Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:


  • High order volumes
  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Seasonal demand



Offline Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs services.


Incorrect Addresses



Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Offline Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.


If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
